Our Team

Kirsty McWhirter BSc MCPod Practice Owner

Kirsty graduated with a BSc in Podiatry from Queen Margaret University in 1997. Since this time, she has practiced in both community NHS and private practice giving her exposure to a wide range of podiatric conditions.

In 1999, Kirsty established Queensferry Podiatry and is proud to have spent 20 years as part of the JW Physiotherapy team. Her close network of health professionals ensures that every aspect of treatment is considered with the optimal outcome for her patients.

In order to maintain the highest standard of service and care, Kirsty regularly attends professional development and education courses.

Outside of Podiatry, Kirsty is passionate about visiting other countries, photography and running (well maybe not so passionate about the latter).

Angela Millar BSc (Hons) MCPod Associate Podiatrist

Angela graduated from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry in 2004. She has 12 years experience working within a busy NHS Podiatry Department.

She has a wide range of experience across many areas of Podiatry including all aspects of wound care and biomechanics. She attained a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Studies from the University of the West of Scotland in 2015 and attends conferences and workshops to maintain the highest professional standards across her work.

Outwith podiatry, Angela enjoys hill walking, running and mountain biking and rewarding herself with cake afterwards!

Neassa Macdonald BSc (Hons) MCPod Associate Podiatrist

Neassa is HCPC registered, graduated from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh in 2009 and is registered with the College of Podiatry.
Originally from Northern Ireland, Neassa has been in Scotland for the past 14 years. After qualifying, she moved to Inverness to start her career in the NHS and moved on to Aberdeen 8 years ago, working privately for the last year. Neassa enjoys meeting new people and hopes her enthusiasm for her profession can help her clients improve their general foot health.
